Act I: TASTE - building a 5D sensory garden

Act I: TASTE - building a 5D sensory garden
Every luxury event begins with a vision. Four months ago, our team set out to develop a unique experience concept that would immerse guests in all five senses. ACT I: TASTE, the first chapter of SENSUM, was not just a dinner – it was an exclusive one-night-only event that blended fine dining, sound, scent, touch, and design into a single emotional journey.

A multi-sensory dining experience

From invitations paired with signature-flavored chocolates to the final stage design, everything was carefully orchestrated. This was more than catering or decor; it was lead event production with special designs elevated into an art form, where memory, presence, and emotion became the main ingredients.

Key elements of the experience

CERISE EVENT as a full-service creative agency combined expertise in gastronomy, scenography, and sensory design. The 5D sensory garden was built on:

  • 5D sound immersion – a dynamic soundscape surrounded guests with buzzing bees, rolling thunder, and spatialized audio that guided every emotional transition.

  • Culinary storytelling – each dish acted as part of a larger narrative. This was not dinner, but artistic hospitality solutions, where food became edible storytelling.

  • Immersive scenography – the venue transformed into a living garden. Lighting, textures, and natural elements created rhythm and atmosphere.

  • Olfactory design – a bespoke fragrance with fresh dill and wild asparagus infused the space.

  • Production & dramaturgy – 33 experts shaped a cohesive narrative with pacing, performers, and creative voiceovers, proving the power of turnkey banquet production stuff.

Guests as part of the story

There was no stage or spotlight. Instead, the audience became participants in a premium dining experience – trusting their intuition, engaging all senses, and leaving with unforgettable memories. This wasn’t just an event, it was a trendy fashionable event and a high-class immersive experience.

Gratitude

To every artisan, designer, and coordinator: you didn’t just produce a party. You made something bloom – a special, high-end celebration that redefined what event marketing can be.

And this is just the beginning. Act II is on the way…
